Bessemer exits TPA Medi Assist with Rs.577.84 Cr sale

Growth capital investor Bessemer, via Bessemer India Capital Holdings II Ltd, has sold its entire holding of 11,054,850 equity shares (representing a 15.67% stake) in publicly listed insurance TPA Medi Assist on 12-08-2025 through a bulk deal on the NSE.

Bessemer had invested in Medi Assist between 2011 and 2012. The company went public in Jan 2024, as part of which Bessemer had made a part-exit and made a further sale via the open market in September.
