Bessemer sells home services provider Urban Co’s shares worth Rs.170-Cr
Bessemer India has sold 1.21 crore equity shares of Gurugram-based publicly listed home care services provider Urban Company through a bulk deal on the BSE. The shares were sold at a price of INR 140.15 per share, resulting in a total transaction value of INR 170.19 crore.
Bessemer first invested in Urban Company in Nov 2015. Bessemer had made a part exit in Aug 2019 and Apr 2025. The company went public in September 2025, with Bessemer selling a portion of its stake through the offer-for-sale component of the IPO.
