Bharat Forge acquires 26% in solar power co Avaada MHVidarbha for Rs.11.37 Cr

Publicly listed Bharat Forge Limited is to acquire 26% of equity shares of Avaada MHVidarbha Private Limited (AMHVPL) to purchase solar power on a Single Captive User basis. The company has subscribed to 1,13,75,000 equity shares of INR. 10 each of AMHVPL amounting to INR 11.37 crore.
