Bharat Forge to acquire 30% stake in fellow autocomp supplier Fortuna Engg for Rs.130-Cr

Publicly listed, Pune-based autocomponents maker Bharat Forge is to acquire a 30% stake in Nashik-based Fortuna Engineering for INR 129.60 crore.Established in 1989, Fortuna Engineering makes precision-machined engine components. The company supplies its products for automotive and industrial applications to major automotive original equipment manufacturers across the passenger vehicle, commercial vehicle, tractor, and off-highway segments.
For FY25, Fortuna Engineering had reported about INR 323 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 20 Cr in PAT.
