Bharti Airtel buys 20.6% stake in Lavelle Networks; hikes total stake to 45.6%
Publicly-listed Bharti Airtel Ltd is to acquire an additional 20.6% in Lavelle Networks Pvt Ltd, resulting in the company's aggregate stake rising to 45.6%. Lavelle Networks, founded in 2015, is a networking software startup that delivers cloud-powered technology to optimize, secure and manage enterprise branch networks. For FY22, the company's turnover was INR 14.08 crore.
