BII completes exit from RBL Bank with Rs.429-Cr share sale

British International Investment (BII) has sold its entire 2.3 crore shares of Mumbai-based RBL bank (amounting to a 3.9% stake) at an average price of INR 188 per share, aggregating to INR INR 428.57 crore.

BII had invested in RBL starting in Apr-2014. The bank went public in Aug-16. BII made a part-exit in Aug-23.
