BII Invests $25-M in GEF South Asia Growth Fund III to back green projects in India
British International Investment(BII), the UK's development finance institution and impact investor, has committed USD 25 million to the first close of the GEF South Asia Growth Fund III (GEF SAGF III). This fund aims to invest in companies and projects that contribute to transitioning towards a low-carbon and resource-efficient economy, with a primary focus on India and Southeast Asia.
