Biz automation startup EvoluteIQ raises $53-M led by Baird Capital

Bangalore- and Stockholm, Sweden-based enterprise automation platform EvoluteIQ has raised USD 53 million in a funding round led by Baird Capital.Baird Capital’s Daina Spedding and Mark Donnelly will join the EvoluteIQ board of directors.Founded in 2019 by Sameet Gupte, EvoluteIQ develops an end-to-end business automation platform that helps enterprises streamline workflows, cut costs, and scale efficiently across industries. The fresh capital will be used for global expansion, R&D innovation, hiring and acquisitions.
In Oct 2024, EvoluteIQ had attracted about USD 20 M in a mix of equity and debt from Round2 Capital and others.For FY24, EvoluteIQ had reported about INR 21 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 1 Cr in PAT.
