Blackstone’s Siddharth Nawal appointed CEO of Nexus Select Trust

Siddharth Nawal , a managing director at the real estate business of Blackstone in India, is appointed the chief executive officer of Nexus Select Trust . He has been involved with the firm's retail real estate operations for approximately a decade and joined the board of the trust's manager, Nexus Select Mall Management, as a director in November 2025.Nawal will succeed Dalip Sehgal, who has served as CEO since February 2018. Sehgal is expected to transition into a co-CEO role and continue working with Nawal through the end of the year to facilitate the leadership change.Nexus Select Trust currently holds 22 retail assets across 17 cities, along with hotel and office properties.
