Blackstone acquires Logos India’s 3 warehousing assets for Rs.1,725-Cr

Blackstone Group has acquired nearly 5 million sq ft operational and leased warehousing assets from logistics company Logos India for more than INR 1,725 crore.The deal involves three operational assets in Chennai and Haryana’s Luhari, with an occupancy rate of 95%, leased to tenants. The portfolio generates an annual rental revenue of INR 125 crore.The three logistics parks count manufacturing and warehousing companies including Kuehne + Nagel, Iron Mountain, Mahindra Logistics, NCR Logistics, Delhivery and HealthKart among their occupants.
