Blackstone offers to sell 25% stake in Knowledge Realty Trust for $1.26-B

Blackstone has proposed an offer for sale to divest up to 25.03% of its stake in Mumbai-based, commercial property-focused Knowledge Realty Trust . The transaction includes a base offer of 16.69%, with an option to sell an additional 8.34% in the event of oversubscription. The floor price for the offering has been set at INR 108 per unit, which values the total stake on offer at approximately INR 11,988-Cr (USD 1.26-B).Knowledge Realty Trust, backed by Blackstone and real estate firm Sattva Group, owns a portfolio of 29 assets across six cities. The firm reported a gross asset value of INR 67,400-Cr and was listed on the exchanges in August 2025.Blackstone and its related entities currently hold a 46.51% stake in the real estate investment trust.
