Blackstone sells 9.4% in IT services co. Mphasis for Rs.4,726-Cr
Blackstone, via BCP TOPCO IX PTE, has sold shares of Bengaluru-headquartered Mphasis worth INR 4,726.1 in a bulk deal on BSE. The Blackstone Group-owned company sold 1.8 crore shares at INR 2,625.6 apiece, representing 9.4% of the company’s total equity.As of September 30, BCP TOPCO IX PTE owned a 40.1% stake in the company.
