Blackstone sells Sona BLW shares worth Rs.4,044-Cr, registers 12.54x return

Private Equity investor Blackstone has sold shares of publicly-listed auto components maker Sona BLW Precision Forgings Ltd worth INR 4,043.96 crore. Post the sale, Blackstone would hold a 20.52% stake in the company.

From the Venture Intelligence PE-VC Deal Database: In Jul 2019, Blackstone had invested INR 1,228.19 crore for a 66.28% stake in Sona BLW Precision Forgings.
