Blackstone to acquire 66% stake in realtor Kolte-Patil for Rs.1,100-Cr

Global equity firm Blackstone to acquire a 66% stake in Pune-based real estate company Kolte Patil Developers for INR 1,100 crore (14.3% stake through preferential allotment 25.7 % from promoter and 26 % through open offer).The preferential allotment will be of 1,26,75,685 shares at INR 329 each for consideration of INR 417 crore.
