Blackstone to invest Rs.700-Cr in Casagrand’s industrial and warehousing project in Chennai
Global private equity firm Blackstone is to invest INR 700 crore in Chennai-based Casagrand's industrial and warehousing infrastructure project . The investment will fund the development of 4.2 million sq ft of space across two logistics parks in Sriperumbudur, Chennai.The two upcoming parks are designed to cater to sectors such as e-commerce, third-party logistics (3PL), and manufacturing, projected to achieve a gross development value of INR 1,500 crore upon completion. Construction for both parks will be completed in 30 months. A domestic automotive company has already pre-leased a portion of the space.
