Blockchain startup Huddle01 raises $2.8 M

Decentralized real-time communication (dRTC) network Huddle01, based in Bangalore and Delaware (USA), has raised USD 2.8 million in seed money. The round, which increased the total funding to USD 4.5 million, was organised by Hivemind and included angel investors Balaji Srinivasan, Stani Kulechov, Dan Romero, and Juan Benet as well as Superscrypt, M31 Capital, Protocol Labs, East Ventures, Longhash Ventures, and Good News Ventures. The company plans to use the money to expand its ecosystem. Huddle01 claims that its media infrastructure enables cross-chain audio and video communication between users.
