Blume Ventures sells E2E Networks shares worth Rs.1.54 Cr; registers 19.76x return

Blume Ventures has sold a 0.63% stake in publicly-listed E2E Networks Ltd realizing INR 1.54 crore. Post the sale, Blume would hold a 11.25% stake in the company.

From the Venture Intelligence PE-VC Deal Database: In Apr 2011, Blume Ventures invested INR 0.28 Cr for 14.01% stake in E2E. In Mar 2014, it invested more for a 10.15% stake. The company went public in May 2018 and Blume Ventures made a part exit as part of the IPO.
