Boundless VC raises Rs.300-Cr for early-stage investment fund
Mumbai-based Boundless VC has raised INR 300-Cr (USD 35-M) for its maiden fund. The firm plans to focus on pre-seed and seed-stage investments, targeting a ticket size of USD 0.5-M to USD 1-M, with provisions for follow-on participation. The new capital will be deployed over the next two to three years.Founded in 2025 by Natasha Malpani, the firm focuses on the intersection of infrastructure and applications, backing companies developing technologies in artificial intelligence, robotics, space technology, and advanced applications. Boundless VC has already invested in 10 startups including Lytmus, Glide, Hypernorm, Armatrix, Piersight, and Knot.The firm sources founders through outreach to researchers, universities, and technology institutions such as IIT Madras, IISc, Stanford, and Oxford universities.
