Broking platform Upstox plans $400-M IPO
Mumbai-based Upstox is in discussions with investment banks regarding a potential USD 400 million initial public offering which will be a combination of new shares and a sale by existing investors.Founded by Ravi Kumar, Kavitha Subramanian and Shrini Viswanath, the company operates an online trading platform.
Between Jan 2016 and May 2022, Upstox had attracted about $55-M from BlackSoil Capital, Stride Ventures, Tiger Global, Ratan Tata, Kalaari Capital, Others.For FY25, Upstox had reported about INR 515 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 157 Cr in PAT.
