Brookfield acquires 6-acre land parcel in Mumbai’s Powai from Supreme Infrastructure
Brookfield Group, via its unit Moon Holdings (DIFC), has acquired control of a prime 6-acre land parcel in Mumbai’s Powai by acquiring majority stakes in two special purpose vehicles (SPVs) of Supreme Infrastructure. The deal will allow Brookfield to expand its commercial real estate portfolio in India that currently stands at 55 million sq ft, of which around 9 million sq ft is in Mumbai.
