Brookfield India REIT, NCW Prime Offices Fund to buy BKC office space for Rs.1,700-Cr
Brookfield India REIT and the Prime Offices Fund, managed by Nuvama and Cushman & Wakefield Management (NCW), are to jointly acquire 264,000 sq ft of office space in the Bandra-Kurla Complex (BKC) in Mumbai. The transaction involves an enterprise value of INR 1,700 crore for the property. JLL India acted as the advisor for this transaction.The property consists of three contiguous office floors located in the G Block of the Bandra-Kurla Complex. These floors are being acquired from a Brookfield private real estate fund through an equal partnership between the two entities. Brookfield will continue to manage the office space following the completion of the acquisition.This transaction represents the first exposure to Mumbai for the Prime Offices Fund. The fund, which closed at INR 4,000 crore in 2026, focuses on commercial office assets across India and manages a portfolio spanning approximately 4 million square feet of leasable area.
