Brookfield REIT-promoted Ecoworld SPV to raise Rs.1,125-Cr from 360 ONE
Ecoworld SPV, a wholly owned subsidiary of Brookfield India Real Estate Trust (REIT) , will raise INR 1,125 crore from funds managed by 360 ONE WAM.Ecoworld SPV will issue equity shares valued at INR 1,089.82 crore and non-convertible debentures (NCDs) worth INR 60.18 crore on a preferential basis. This transaction will result in the investor holding approximately 13.07 percent of Ecoworld SPV's equity share capital. Brookfield India REIT will maintain full control over the board and management of Ecoworld SPV.
