Bubble tea brand Bobakat raises Rs.6-Cr
Mumbai-based Kathy’s Beverages, the parent company of the bubble tea brand Bobakat , has raised Rs.6-Cr in a pre-Series A funding round.Founded in 2024 by Rupali Ambegaonkar and Sannjeev Rao, Bobakat operates kiosks and store formats located in food courts and high streets to serve its consumer base.The new funds will be used for product innovation, marketing initiatives, and an expansion of its physical store footprint across metro and urban locations in India. The startup aims to open 35 stores in the current fiscal year, followed by 50 stores annually in the subsequent two fiscal years.
