C2i Semiconductors acquired by Germany’s Infineon Technologies
Munich, Germany-based Infineon Technologies has acquired Bengaluru-based C2i Semiconductors .Founded by Ram Anant, C2i Semiconductors specializes in software-defined multiphase controllers and smart power stages for artificial intelligence data center applications.Infineon plans to integrate C2i’s technology into its broader portfolio of power semiconductors to improve power conversion and efficiency in AI servers and high-performance computing platforms.
Between Oct 2024 and May 2026, C2i Semiconductors had attracted about $ 21 M from Peak XV Partners, TDK Ventures, Yali Capital, Others.For FY25, C2i Semiconductors had reported about INR 4 Cr in Net Loss.
