C2i Semiconductors raises addl $1.7 M from TDK Ventures

Bengaluru-based C2i Semiconductors has raised USD 1.7 million more from TDK Ventures as part of its extended Series A funding. The company had raised USD 15 million in its first tranche of Series A round during February.Founded in June 2024 by Ram Anant, Vikram Gakhar, Preetam Tadeparthy, Dattatreya Suryanarayana, Harsha S B and Muthusubramanian N V, the startup develops power management solutions for AI data centers and cloud infrastructure, it also focuses on system-level innovations to manage power flow from the grid to the processor core.
Between Oct-24 and Feb-26, C2i Semiconductors had attracted about $ 19 M from Peak XV Partners, TDK Ventures, Yali Capital and others.For FY25, C2i Semiconductors had reported about INR 3.05 Lakhs in Total Income and about INR 363 Lakhs in Net Loss.
