Casual dining chain Trimex Foods raises $40-M from Siguler Guff
New Delhi-based Trimex Foods has raised USD 40 million from private equity firm Siguler Guff. This transaction marks Trimex’s first institutional capital raise.Founded in 2010, Trimex Foods is the exclusive Indian franchise partner for global restaurant brands such as Chili's Grill & Bar, Paul, and Cinnabon. The company operates over 50 restaurants and bakery-cafes across 13 cities and holds nationwide rights for its brand portfolio.The new funds will be used to accelerate the company's expansion of its existing brand portfolio and onboard new global brands.
