Casual restaurant brands owner Popo Ventures in talks to raise Rs.500-Cr led by Invus Group
Global private equity firm Invus Group is close to acquiring a minority stake in Bengaluru-based Popo Ventures for about Rs.500-Cr. The transaction is expected to value the company between Rs.1,100-Cr and Rs.1,350-Cr and would represent the first instance of the company raising external capital.Founded in 2020 by brothers Abhijit Gupta and Nikhil Gupta, the company operates several restaurant brands, including The Pizza Bakery, Paris Panini, and Smash Guys. The company reported a revenue of about Rs.175-Cr for the financial year 2025.
