Cautio to acquire 2-wheeler safety-tech startup Bytes
Bengaluru-based visual telematics startup Cautio is to acquire a 100% stake in fellow Bengaluru-based Bytes , a two-wheeler safety technology startup.Founded in August 2024 by Prakhar Agrawal and Aayush Kumar, Bytes develops AI-based Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) for two-wheelers, focusing on rider safety through real-time alerts and computer-vision-led solutions.Bytes has received non-dilutive funding from Nikhil Kamath-promoted WTFund and is also supported by IIMB’s NSRCEL, NVIDIA’s Inception Program for Startups, Microsoft for Startups, and the Wadhwani Foundation.
