CCI clears Temasek’s stake acquisition in Romsons Group
The Competition Commission of India (CCI) has approved the proposal by Singapore government owned investor Temasek, via its unit Jongsong Investments, to acquire a stake in the New Delhi-based medical devices manufacturer Romsons Group .The transaction involves an internal restructuring by the target company and the acquisition of equity shares and compulsorily convertible preference shares (CCPS) by Temasek.
For FY25, Romsons had reported about INR 1,247 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 172 Cr in PAT.
