Celesta Capital sells 1.43% stake in drone maker ideaForge Technology for Rs. 46-Cr

Celesta Capital, through its unit Celesta Capital II Mauritius, has sold a 1.43% stake in the publicly-listed drone maker ideaForge Technology via two bulk deals on the NSE on June 14 and June 18.Celesta Capital sold 2,55,309 equity shares at prices of INR 707.63 per share and 3,57,600 equity shares at prices of INR 768.08 per share, respectively, generating INR 45.53 crore. Post the sale, Celesta holds 5.52% stake in the company.

Between Feb 2015 and Apr 2022, ideaForge raised over INR 245 Cr from investors across several rounds.
