Century Real Estate raises Rs.1,850-Cr from Ares Asia, SC Lowy

Century Real Estate has secured INR 1,850 crore in structured debt funding led by global investors Ares Asia and SC Lowy. The capital infusion will enable the Bengaluru based developer to unlock projects with a cumulative Gross Development Value (GDV) of INR 14,000 crore over the next five years.Ares Asia committed INR 1,600 crore across two tranches, while SC Lowy contributed INR 250 crore. The funds will be channelled towards scaling up residential and Grade A commercial developments across Bengaluru’s high-demand micro-markets.
