Certus Capital invests Rs.275-Cr in 4S Developers’ Gurgaon residential project
PE-RE investor Certus Capital has invested Rs.275-Cr in a low-rise residential project in Gurgaon developed by 4S Developers on the Dwarka Expressway.The residential project features G+4 development and is positioned to address the low supply of such properties in the Gurgaon market, where many developers focus on larger group housing projects.This transaction represents Certus’ second investment in the National Capital Region (NCR) this year, following a previous agreement to invest Rs.110-Cr in a Noida-based developer.
