Certus Capital to invest Rs. 125-Cr in Casagrand’s Chennai realty project

Certus Capital (via its secure bond platform, Earnnest.me) is to invest INR 125 crore in a premium housing project being developed by Casagrand in Chennai. The investment is likely to generate around 15% fixed returns. The project holds a revenue potential of around INR 475 crore.Earnnest.me has also consolidated its position in the premium boutique residential project of realty developer EON Group in Mumbai’s Prabhadevi by buying out the 50% stake held by the JV partner.
