Choice Equity Broking attracts Rs.900-Cr from South Korea’s NH Investment
South Korea-based NH Investment & Securities has invested INR 900 crore in Mumbai-based Choice Equity Broking , the wealth management arm of Choice International. This transaction provides the Korean firm with an estimated 12-15% stake in the entity, based on an enterprise valuation of INR 7,500 crore.Choice Equity Broking provides financial services, including broking, wealth management, and investment distribution. The company plans to use the new capital to grow its margin trading facility loan book and make strategic investments in technology, customer acquisition, talent development, and product innovation.
