Chronic disease-focused IHLD MedTech raises $3-M from UltraGreen.ai

Gurugram-based IHLD MedTech has raised USD 3 million from Singapore Exchange-listed UltraGreen.ai. The transaction includes additional funding commitments up to USD 12 million.The company develops healthcare platforms and solutions targeting chronic diseases, preventable hospitalisations, and non-healing wounds. IHLD MedTech intends to use the capital to expand its operations across India and international markets while integrating UltraGreen.ai’s technologies in fluorescence-guided surgery and digital health into its care delivery ecosystem.
