ChrysCapital buys specialist outsourcing firm ResultsCX from One Equity Partners

India-based Private Equity firm ChrysCapital has acquired ResultsCX, a Fort Lauderdale, FL (USA)-based customer experience services firm, from US-based PE firm One Equity Partners (OEP). After the acquisition, ResultsCX will be setting up a technical support centre in India to support it's customers in the USA and Europe. Sidley Austin served as the legal counsel for ChrysCapital and KPMG as the financial and tax advisor. Dechert LLP served as legal counsel for ResultsCX and OEP (which was spun out from JP Morgan in 2015). ResultsCX provides automation-enabled customer support, acquisition, enrollment, retention, membership assistance, technical support and transaction processing services to companies across the healthcare, telecom and cable, media and retail industries. With approximately 20,000 employees and 25 contact centers globally, ResultsCX delivers comprehensive, omni-channel, resolution-centered CX.
