ChrysCapital divests stake in Corona Remedies for Rs.777-Cr
Private equity firm ChrysCapital, via Sepia Investments and Anchor Partners, has divested shares worth about INR 777 crore in Ahmedabad-based pharmaceutical company Corona Remedies through a block deal.The transaction involved the sale of 43,28,943 shares by Sepia Investments and 1,61,861 shares by Anchor, both at INR 1,730 per share. The sale by Sepia Investments amounted to INR 749 crore, while the sale by Anchor Partners was valued at INR 28 crore.
ChrysCapital had invested USD 90 million in Corona Remedies in Mar 2021. The company went public in Dec 2025, as part of which ChrysCapital via Sepia Investments, Anchor Partners and Sage Investment Trust made a partial exit for USD 48 million.For FY25, Corona Remedies had reported about INR 1,196 crore in Operating Income and about INR 149 crore in PAT.
