ChrysCapital exits Hindustan Media Ventures by selling shares worth Rs.25-Cr

ChrysCapital has sold 3,050,000 equity shares (4.14% stake) at INR 81.16 per share of publicly-listed Hindustan Media Ventures Ltd on Jun 28, 2021 through a bulk deal on BSE. The sale aggregates to INR 24.75 crore.

From the Venture Intelligence PE-VC Deal Database: In Oct 2015, ChrysCapital invested INR 39.20 crore for 2.18% stake in the target. In Feb 2016, it invested additional INR 38.43 crore for 1.98% stake in Hindustan Media Ventures.
