Cleantech startup Uravu Labs raises funding led by AWE Funds

Bengaluru-based cleantech startup Uravu Labs has raised funding in a round led by ?AWE Funds. The new funds will be used to scale the firm’s premium beverage model, which provides over 4,000 litres of water daily to more than 55 hospitality clients, including The Leela, Royal Orchid, and Hyatt Centric.Founded in 2019 by Swapnil Shrivastav, Venkatesh Raja, Govinda Balaji and Pardeep Garg, Uravu Labs offers technology that uses atmospheric moisture and renewable energy to produce high-quality drinking water.

Between Dec 2021 and Aug 2022, Uravu Labs had raised about USD 4.27 M from Anicut Capital, Echo River Capital, rocketship.vc, Speciale Invest, Z Nation Lab and others.
