CLR Facility Services raises $15-M from BII
Pune-based facilities management services provider CLR Facility Services has attracted USD 15 million from British International Investment (BII) to expand its integrated facility management operations across India.The new funds will support CLR’s plan to more than double its workforce over the next five to seven years, with particular focus on hiring women and underserved groups and to establish training centers in Tier-2 cities to provide vocational training for unskilled and semi-skilled workers. CLR also plans to enhance its environmental and social risk management processes and worker health and safety initiatives.Founded in 2002 by Rajaram Pathak, Gaurav Pathak and Gautam Pathak, CLR provides cleaning, engineering, mechanical maintenance, and production support services to corporate clients across nine states.
In Jan 2018, CLR Facility Services had attracted about USD 5 M from PE-VC investors.For FY24, CLR Facility Services had reported about INR 460 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 7 Cr in PAT.
