Co-living startup Truliv raises funding from BCCL
Chennai-based co-living and holiday homes startup Truliv has received an investment from Bennett, Coleman and Company Ltd (BCCL) at a valuation of INR 356.50 crore.The new funds will be used to strengthen the firm's footprint and technology platform and for building holiday homes and retirement living assetsCo-founded in 2019 by Rohit Reddy and Ranjeeth Rathod, Truliv develops and manages co-living spaces, offering fully furnished, community-focused living environments for working professionals, students, and others. The firm had earlier raised USD 2.1 million from Conquest Global Ventures, others.
In March 2023, Truliv had attracted about USD 2.10-M from Conquest Global Ventures, others.For FY24,Truliv had reported about INR 15.56 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 3.47 Cr in Net Loss.
