Collections enabler for NBFCs DPDzero gets $7-M led by Japan’s GMO Venture Partners

Bengaluru-based fintech startup DPDzero has raised USD 7 million in a funding round led by GMO Venture Partners, a Japan-based, fintech-focused venture capital firm. The round saw participation from SMBC Asia, and Blume Ventures, which doubled down on their investments from the previous round, along with others.DPDzero is a full-stack collections platform designed to help banks and NBFCs (Non-Banking Financial Companies) manage loan delinquencies and optimize debt collection. The company plans to use the fresh funds to hire field collection agents.
