Gurugram-based commercial vehicle platform 91trucks has acquired Bhubaneswar-based Indiyanet .Founded in 2024 by Subrat Kar, Indiyanet operates Motorfloor and Trucksfloor, which enable users to discover and evaluate commercial vehicles through specifications, features, images, and on-road prices.
In Jun-24, Indiyanet raised INR 50 Lakhs from PointOne Capital with participation from angel investors.
