Commercial vehicles info exchange platform 91Trucks raises Rs.43-Cr led by Arkam Ventures
Gurugram-based 91Trucks, an online platform specializing in commercial vehicle listings, has raised INR 42.9 crore (USD 5 million) in Series A round led by Arkam Ventures (INR 25.2 crore or about USD 3 million through associate Unitary Fund), with the participation from Titan Capital (INR 15 crore) followed by Sparrow Capital and Atrium Angels with INR 1.73 crore and INR 1 crore respectively.. The firm issued 2,247 Series A CCPS at INR 1,88,578 each.The funds will be used for capital expenditures, marketing, and general corporate purposes.Launched in 2022, 91Trucks offers information on new and used trucks, buses, and auto rickshaws—including prices, specs, comparisons, and dealer contacts. It also runs five physical stores in Delhi-NCR and Meerut for affordable used vehicle purchases.For the fiscal year ending in March 2024, 91Trucks reported INR 10.11 crore revenue, compared to INR 3.95 crore in FY23.
On Mar 2024, 91Trucks had attracted about USD 1 M from Sparrow Capital and Titan Capital.
