Construction services unicorn Infra.Market raises Rs.1,050-Cr more
Thane-based, construction services unicorn Infra.Market has raised INR 1,050 crore (USD 121 million) in its Series F round at a valuation of about USD 2.8 Billion (INR 24,150 crore), a jump of over 10% from its valuation of USD 2.5 Billion during the previous funding round.The round saw participation from existing investors Tiger Global, Foundamental and Evolvence India. Nikhil Kamath, Ashish Kacholia, Abhijit Pai, Sumeet Kanwar, Nuvama and Capri Global also participated in the funding round.Founded in 2016 by Aaditya Sharda and Souvik Sengupta, Infra.Market provides building materials and services to the construction industry in India. It uses technology to improve the procurement process for the construction ecosystem.
Between Jun 2019 and Jul 2024, Infra.Market had raised about USD 699 M from Mars Growth Capital, Varde Partners, Tiger Global, Accel India, Evolvence India, Foundamental, Nexus Venture Partners, Sistema Asia Fund and others.For FY24, Infra.Market had reported about INR 14,530 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 378 Cr in PAT.
