Constructions materials marketplace Infra.Market to raise $54-M

Thane-based, IPO-bound building materials platform Infra.Market is to raise INR 481 crore (around USD 54.3 M) in its Series G funding round from Nikhil Kamath-founded NK Squared (who contributed about INR 200 crore to the round), along with existing investors Tiger Global, Accel India, Evolvence and Nexus Ventures.Founded in 2016 by Souvik Sengupta and Aaditya Sharda, Infra.Market , supplies building materials, including concrete, steel, pipes and fittings, plywood, fans, lights and kitchen and electrical appliances to procurement teams at real estate developers, contractors and architects.

Between Jun 2019 and Jun 2025, Infra.Market had attracted about USD 871 M from Accel India, Nexus Venture Partners, Tiger Global, Trifecta Capital, Evolvence, Foundamental, Sistema Asia Fund, InnoVen Capital, Stride Ventures, Alteria Capital, Avendus, BlackSoil Capital, Mars Growth Capital, Varde Partners, Capri Global Holdings and others.For FY24, Infra.Market had reported about INR 14,530 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 378 Cr in PAT.
