Consumer appliance maker Atomberg files papers to raise Rs.450-Cr in fresh issue

Mumbai-based Atomberg Technologies has filed a draft red herring prospectus for an initial public offering. The offering includes a fresh issue of equity shares aggregating up to INR 450 crore and an offer for sale of 76,542,051 equity shares by selling shareholders, including A91 Emerging Fund I, V-Sciences Investments, JV4, Inflexor Opportunities Fund 1, Steadview Capital Mauritius, Inflexor Technology Fund, and Survam Partners. ICICI Securities, Avendus Capital, and IIFL Capital Services are acting as the bankers to the issue.Founded in 2012 by Manoj Meena and joined by co-founder Sibabrata Das in 2013, the firm develops consumer appliances such as ceiling fans, mixer grinders, water purifiers, and cold-pressed juicers.The company intends to allocate INR 90 crore from the IPO proceeds for the repayment of borrowings, INR 150 crore for brand awareness and performance marketing activities, and INR 100 crore for research and development.For FY26, the company reported revenue from operations of INR 1293.77 crore and a loss of INR 456.45 crore.

Between May 2016 and Oct 2025, Atomberg Technologies had attracted about USD 167 M from A91 Partners, Inflexor Ventures, Jungle Ventures, Steadview Capital, Temasek, Trifecta Capital, and others.
