Consumer appliance maker Atomberg raises Rs.143-Cr from A91 Partners

A91 Partners has invested INR 143 crore in Mumbai-based consumer appliances company Atomberg through a mix of primary and secondary transactions. The investment comprised INR 118 crore in primary capital and INR 25 crore through secondary purchases, which provided an exit to early shareholders, including the founders and Parampara Early Stage Opportunities Fund.Founded by Manoj Meena and Sibabrata Das, the company manufactures energy-efficient BLDC (brushless direct current) fans and has expanded its portfolio to include other home and kitchen appliances. The company plans to use the primary capital to support business operations and growth.

Between May 2016 and Oct 2025, Atomberg Technologies had attracted about $ 167 M from Inflexor Ventures, Jungle Ventures, Temasek, White Whale Ventures, A91 Partners, Trifecta Capital, Others.For FY25, Atomberg Technologies had reported about INR 955 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 89 Cr in Net Loss.
