Consumer intelligence platform Affle acquires addnl stake for Rs.22-Cr in Bobble AI
Mumbai-based, publicly listed Affle (India) Ltd has increased its strategic ownership in Gurugram-based Bobble AI (Talent Unlimited Online Services Pvt Ltd) to 17.72%. The company has acquired 1,674 fully paid-up CCPS (Series C1) for INR 220 million. In August-2020, Affle had acquired an 8% stake in Bobble AI.
