Consumer lighting co. Corvi attracts $8-M from Enam Investments
Mumbai-based Corvi LED Light has raised USD 8 million in Series B round led by Enam Investments. Cipher-Plexus Capital Advisors served as the advisor for the transaction.Founded in 2012 by Vimal Soni, Corvi offers a portfolio of more than 100 products spanning across 7 categories like bulbs, tubes, flat, surface and others.The new funds will be used to expand operations and invest in marketing and distribution to enhance the company's market presence in both B2C (business-to-consumer) and B2B (business-to-business) segments.In 2017, Hero Enterprise had invested USD 10 million for a significant stake in Corvi.
